my mini holiday
February 17, 2005 on 5:50 pm | No Commentsok so ive been away for 2 days on a mini holiday… only to the next county though. I went to devon. stayed in a best western hotel and it was pretty neat. apart from the fact that we had no cold water.
just one of my wonders of life… why do they make hotel/motel rooms with two double beds? what can possibly be gained by this stupid arrangement. it’s not like any couples would stay in the same room as another couple… and it’s hell sorting out sleeping arrangements when siblings are invloved. so why do it? hotels you answer this one.
the next day we were decidint on where to go and we almost went to barometer world but decided againt that (for obvious reasons - lame lame lame lame) and went to canonteign falls which is claimed to include britains highest waterfall… but after thorough inspection was found to not be natural because the water has been diverted over the biggest rock bit and futhermore it is not a proper watterfall because it doesn’t drop all the way, rather it takes a bumpy rocky route down the hill. With small falls on the way.
